It was in a stunning and particularly good location steps away from Inner Harbor. I enjoyed that the hotel was 5 minutes drive from the airport. The employees were extraordinarily friendly and kept it all clean.

Central location, just a short stroll away from Royal bc Museum. Quite close to the airport, 0.5 miles, perfect for an early flight. New-fashioned, beautiful room with a separate bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

I appreciated spending time here. Had a fabulous stay in town for medical reason. The location was marvellous, close to the beautiful harbour, it's a plus. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was excellent and fantastic. And it had an exceptionally good view of the ocean.

Clean property, very very helpful staff. Excellent location on the harbor's edge, excellent restaurants in the local area. Again, walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf Park.

Beautiful and nice little hotel located just off inner harbour and the centre of Victoria and the promenade around the docks. Fantastic, good sized rooms with the balcony and excellent views, as example, amazing setting.

It has magnificent location right next to Victoria Harbour. 5 minutes drive to the airport, it is located right on a park.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and clean, the staff are attentive, location is unbeatable on a water taxi for five dollars. The room is outstanding and beautiful with excellent views of the harbour, everything is great. A fridge and glassware are a nice touch...

It had central location close to Victoria Harbour. The staff were nice and welcoming, overall. They offered new-fashioned and fantastic rooms with large bed, a harbour view and balcony.

Location: the hotel was near to downtown Victoria and the ferry and inner harbour. It also was near sights.

This place is wonderfully situated on a picturesque harbor, with the city centre just a short walk away. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, offering excellent room service and dry cleaning options. The rooms are beautifully appointed with all the amenities you can think of, including a balcony or terrace. It's also great to have an in-room safe, and the hair dryer is top-notch. There is something for everyone at the hotel's dining restaurant, and the pool is a relaxing place to unwind after a long day exploring.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Fantastic hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Gotta say, I loved the bathroom. But the oriental garden off of our balcony was beautiful to wake up to. We felt welcome the minute we walked in the door. And even with a conference going on, we didn't feel like we were the ones in the way. I love this hotel!!!!

Let's see - incredibly comfortable bed that made it difficult to want to get up in the morning. Yeah, that was just terrible. sarcasm

staff responded to all our requests. did ask for a better view room but was told it would cost me $30 or $50 more. had requested room to celebrate our 35 th anniversary. our room was still good, just didn't expect to pay more for a request that I had made when I booked room.
